1.      to provide a quality manning service with Myanmar sea-going personnel to Company’s Principals / Ship Owners.

2.      to comply with the manning standard , training and other technical requirements of our Principals in conformance with their guidelines, and applicable codes of practice and national ( flag state ) legislation.

3.      to conform to the internationally recognized high quality assurance standards, such as ISO 9001-2002 and ISM Code and relevant National standards and endeavour to achieve non-conformance free performance.

4.      to build up and maintain Company’s own general pool of S.E.C.D (Seamen Employment Control Division) registered experienced, reliable, and qualified seamen, and a separate individual pool for each major Principal within the general pool.

5.      to select the most suitable crew for the designated ship , ensure their conformance of relevant medical examination requirements, possession of proper professional certificates and travel documents, prompt and economical travel and joining arrangements, and ability to join the ship in time.

6.      to upkeep and maintain proper service and medical records of all seamen who are employed or placed in the general pool.

7.      to organize and arrange necessary safety and professional training courses in conjunction with the National Authorities and in accordance with the regulations of the Flag State and Principals’ training requirements.

8.      to promote activities for the social security, welfare, and health facilities for the Mariner crew and their families.
